Spent most his career in the solar technology field with extensive experience in business development. After graduation in Mechanical Engineering (BSc.) from the University of Tehran, Iran in 2008 he Co-founded an engineering service company (Radnour Solar) specialized in design and implementation of both domestic and large-scale renewable energy solutions in Iran.

Negin is an expert in energy and electric power industry. She began her work in MAPNA and after 7 years of working there in field of thermal power plants, desalination plants and new business development, she joined KPV team.
She has experience and knowledge in feasibility study of new projects, research and development, and managing different projects at the same time. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI.

Amir started his career as part of an R&D team working in the field of Hydropower plants, served FARAB and IWPC. After 5 years of working in that field he joined NARDIS and Neyr Perse company in the field of oil and energy.
With these vast experiences, Amir joined KPV Solar team to collaborate on existing project and start new businesses in the field of solar energy.

Amanda Shamirian is an experienced energy engineer with expertise in electrical industries and photovoltaic systems. She is a result-oriented implementer in renewable energies and sustainable development with a thorough understanding of business operations, cost-benefit analysis, and legal insight required to guide decisions.
She is also elected as the Secretary of Legal and Parliament Affairs at Iran Renewable Energies Association (IRRENA) and is working on amendments in the current Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and the bills to be proposed in parliament in support of the renewable energies in Iran.
